Privacy fence needs panels replaced and the porch needs painted.Currently rents for $825 a month total.  

Once we started construction, we ran into several major problems including a steam pipe running through a kitchen wall that we were planning to open up, a huge leak inside a couple of walls that required the replacing of a whole exterior wall, damaged subfloors, major termite damage that resulted in a replacement of the sill plate in the master bedroom, needing to upgrade full electrical service (and split it into two separate panels) and a corroded water line that required emergency replacement all the way to the street in the middle of winter during record setting cold temps and a snow storm. 

I bought a house that had paneling that I wanted to remove.  

All of the interior doors (7) are nice solid wood 6 panel doors, but they have the old style mortise locksets that are not in the greatest shape.

If it keeps doing it there is a problem.When you look from behind is there an access panel??

I would like to see what the drawing entails, see how much we can start for them, and then bring them in to complete it.So I am looking for an example that would cover the following from our "reasons for rejection":"Provide complete electrical plans including one line diagram with all conduit and conductor sizes with insulation types, total load with calculations, panel schedule with arc fault, grounding, all outlets and lighting with circuity, light fixture schedule, also show electrical panel location in the apartment"My goal is to look at the example and complete a framework for the Mater Electrician to work in.

I was scheduled to be part of the panel at Monday's night general meeting but it was postponed due to threat of snow.

The mold isn't bad, just some surface stuff on the floor joists and the little bit of drywall and wood paneling in the basement.
