The new Chinese drywall can has sulphuor odor causing head aches and some people get sick when the humidity is high.

If there is an account number associated with the debit card you just enter it as an ACH transaction.

My tenant prefers ACH and likes the auto-notify/receipt from tenantcloud.This is a very small market.
