I used to own a gym, and my personal trainers would always tell our clients to focus on what works for them, and create a custom plan based on their current state, limitations, strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc. 

I can listen to books and educate myself on whatever I want while at the gym, in the car, etc.I currently have over 200+ books in my library and if you'd like any recommendations on a particular area of study, send me a message and I'd be happy to provide you with some. 

I thought it was a good investment (for renting it out after living for first year), but now I am having second thoughts.My condo has a high monthly HOA fee of $700, which covers amenities like a gym, and a doorman.

My HOA pays for a pool, gym, basketball courts, water, sewer, trash, and security.

I think younger ladies can get away with nice jeans, top and tennis shoes, just don't look like you got out of the gym.

I, personally have always had a passion for exercise and recreation, so I also wouildnt mind a gym franchise like planet fitness. 

In high school I was with a MMA gym.

I could cut my expenses down to 40% each month if I wanted to cut out eating out, gym membership, drove less and didn't go snowboarding so much and other mischellanous items.

There will be a lot of folks looking into a backyard office and/or more living space as we have all learned that our homes need to also be everything else (office, school, gym, brewery, etc.). 

I go to gym for 3 times a week (never done before)Do you think this is a good idea?...
