What's interesting is that i've seen videos & online sources that promote non QM as a competitor tp HML.

Luckily the competitors in the area are still standing. 

I also heard that my competitors are having to slow down due to lack of materials.I figured this is what’s going on our builds. 

If you do driving for dollars because you have no money and your competitor that also doesn't have any money, and he finds a job art McD. and saves up $10K in 6 months and then starts legitimately marketing through Facebook or PPC, I am willing to bet He will become way more successful. why faster and way more reliably than you that is going for driving for dollars.

I wouldn't throw money down on an up-coming AirBnB competitor until they're showing some traction in the market. 

Existing competitors - Ritz and Kimpton. 

However, I don't know of to many 5 year deals in the hard money world, so you set the terms as there are no other competitors in that space. 

My location is not as convenient as my competitors (they are 2-3 miles closer to the freeway) but I have a quieter, prettier location (not a parking lot next to a busy road) and there is a state park campground even further away from the freeway than my park that gets plenty of traffic (they often drive right by my park to get there).  

They do all my HVAC work and are very affordable when compared to competitors. 

What can someone offer on their website that can be done better or differently than other competitors?
