We do have a large in-ground pool in our yard and many children around our area.

I don't use a pro, and I'm not above renting furniture, borrowing from my home, etc.

But I do agree pools can definitely be a liability issue, especially if people are drinking or have children...

I know that spouse or even children are responsible for any credit card or auto loans/ revolving debt.

The current deeded owner died in 1910, he was not married, and he had no children or heirs.
