My onsite management team pretty much uses their smartphone for everything and I want them to be able to view the calendar and communications.  

So the question really is fix it and hold, or fix it and sell, which might seem reactive when viewed in the future. 

My view is mentoring can be beneficial but make sure 1) the people mentoring have obtained a high level of success doing what they teach.

I view it as more of a lifestyle decision and generational hold.

If the numbers work for me, I look at the houses right away and text them an offer within a few hours of viewing it if I like the property.

I have the desktop version of Turbotax and can physically update/ view the forms and I do not see any type of checkbox to make this change.
