What I've seen from watching videos is that the tax court will not believe someone is working 4160 hours. 

Inflation is just not dropping significantly, and with the continuing issues in Ukraine, watch folks wallets get tighter and tighter as people struggle to pay their heating bills this winter.

Watch out for PID/MUD taxes in some of the newer areas. 

Me knowing I am going to clean up while watching all the low level Realtors lose their minds over these NAR lawsuits.

I watched a video that did live testing and mice can fit through holes smaller than a dime, and actually can fit through gaps even more easily.

@Lindsey Johnson I don’t do direct mail marketing personally but have been watching some educational videos on it through a course I just started.

I am getting ready to execute on a direct mail marketing campaign for off market properties to zip codes in the greater Milwaukee, WI market after reading, listening, and watching Jerry Norton, Pace Morby, and many other local investors.

But now I watch people fail to start because it’s too hard, it’s not overnight, other people are doing better, people who aren’t doing it say it’s risky.
