At minimum I’m thinking:*General liability*Personal injuryPossibly thinking errors and omissions but that may be overkill.Please let me know your experiences and if you worked with a solid insurance company, both on island and off, as I will appreciate the feedback.

In other words it is like what happens in Europe and Italy or Brazil and the Virgin Islands...when a town or city or Florida State gets HOT, big guys come in and start buying everything to build out whole new cities, like Trinity.
