The second FHA use for a fourplex may be a bit more difficult as you'll probably have to prove this property is superior or more suitable as a primary residence then the one you're leaving to convince the underwriter that it will be in fact be a primary residence.This way you still have access to the equity from the first fourplex via the line of credit and still achieve your acquisition of the new fourplex with FHA.

Salesforce software is a great CRM(customer relations management) & I found it intuitive to learn.The latest is a Cloud service so you could access and share it from anywhere.What I liked is the the interactions can be given status tags and you know what stage the conversation is at, who's got the ball, what is need from whom.IMO, this CRM is suitable for almost every need.

We're not growing or selling cannabis, we're buying and selling/leasing property that would be suitable to the cannabis industry.

That could make for a great property for visitors just staying for few a days.

Not only do you want to know if it is a place that you'd like to live, but you should also conduct extensive research while living there to determine if it is a market suitable for real estate investment in accordance with your family's goals.
