This seema to be very similar to the tax lien buyers club everyone is talking about in the thread. ( 3 day refund policy, 3 day workshop for $1,000 to sign up ) If you look on the website the owners name is brian peterson which is strange since I just saw Lia Berry early threads mention the speakers name was chris peterson. does anyone know of any relationship between these two company's?

A solid agent will understand that there is a financial gain, but this is a relationship, so if it isn't the right deal, they can be honest with you and you are more likely to use them again and refer.

I personally prefer to be more on the advising and relationship side so I can give my clients more tailored solutions, help them avoid pitfalls, connect them to people that can help them grow and structure their portfolios and I treat this industry more as a relationship business rather than a transactional business.
