Lots of bigger outfits do well with these mediums.

I'm sure there's lots of interesting differences there.I guess my big question would be what "Western Cultural Norms 101" support the charity outfit will be offering.

@James Wise  there is one bigger player there I know I went and checked out his out fit well run 20 some employees.. although I will just have to say that 45k homes in Detroit are no way B class easy to manage.. having done hundreds of funding's there and know the areas..

It shocks me sometimes how unorganized some outfits are.We do lots of referral business with a private lender who gives FNs a 70% cashout on properties worth 178.500+.

There are smaller more mom and pop turnkey outfits who have done a few flips here and there and usually they have horrible marketing and digital footprint.

Really competitive pricing, and their electricians are super knowledgeable and do great work.For HVAC, Standard Heating and AC have done quality work on an AC installation, as well as servicing multiple furnaces at my properties.I don't have a good rec on a plumber in the area - all of the outfits in the twin cities I've contacted that have more than 2 employees seem to not want to touch small/medium-sized jobs, and overbid pretty aggressively as a result.
