I could see realtors loosing a majority of their function for facilitating sales outside of being buyers reps.

That said he is about as functional as everyone else I know, it just takes him longer. 

The entire point of this is to clarify that automation can be used for both prospecting and lead generation, but are completely separate functions. 

I am looking for a person to function in this role in an ongoing basis as well. :) 

Seems to me it is a function of getting them to do the things they are good at, and not more than that. 

This way you can run a p&l on each asset independently from the others if you need to and track your income and expenses using the class function

Water usage and visual inspections during repairs support the tenants claim of just themselves and their own children. 

Current have a web site but the company apparently has gone out of business.  I am getting no support. Should the company be local?

You know the build process and your plans so well that you can explain the plans over the phone without visuals to subs who need guidance from the field.

Note if I was in a market without the historical appreciation of our market then I would be more in favor of paying off properties as the leverage benefits from the appreciation (property and rent appreciation)However, I realize 1) sometimes the tortoise beats the hare 2) that there may be more risk involved with high leverage and that some people do not function well with risk.
