Got so upset that in the end, he refused the fridge entirely- and disconnected it (his 3rd one), and threw away brand new stove burners that I purchased for his personal ($$) stove.

A cable that was working and now isnt is usually a disconnection somewhere in the line.

Jason, this is the disconnected between insurer's and investors that pisses investors off.

He is responsible for gas/electric.He called me yesterday and notified me that the electric company disconnected his service 2 months a go because his bill got too big and he can not pay it at the moment.

e.g. the only possible way you can make a SF cash flow is by buying distressed (not just a light cosmetic refresh), but I see some investors want a turn key @ 15-20% down; there's some disconnect somewhere. 

I noticed the pipes were intentionally disconnected at the meter and other low point to allow the water to be properly drained when winterized.   

I have only found one online that advertises this option and their phone number is disconnected.

I had to call about 10 companies repeatedly, most never answer/phone was disconnected.

Here is where I think people have a disconnect…if you have a poor performing STR, why would someone else pay to buy you out and have it as a STR themselves? 

I completely agree, but I have seen a large disconnect between spreadsheet analysis and reality.
