What I learned from looking at countless properties is to examine the neighborhood.

Don't be like me and countless others who have forced a "deal" just to get one done.

Yeah I know $50K may not generate the most desirable neighborhoods but once a I heard “BP Podcast #54: Investing in Under $30K Real Estate” and countless others…I know it can be done!

hello BP, I am fairly new to the site and have already learned countless invaluable lessons from both the forums and podcast.

There are countless how-to freebies on BP and youtube regarding wholesaling and other real estate exit strategies / tactics.  

I've also had countless men message me, send me colleague requests, and even several that have called to ask for guidance on development, as have women, so overall I don't see any bias due to gender. 

Do a search on BP for partnerships, as there have been countless others asking the same question, so you will find many threads, blogs and podcasts on the subject. 

This area houses a population of over 600,000, hosts 3 major universities, is headquarters for several insurance companies, and countless high-tech and manufacturing businesses.

I have been a Broker now for the past 7 years and I have done my due diligence over the last 2 years to learn all I can about REI including reading many books, attending REI meetings and countless seminars/mixers.  

There are countless stories about the big banks totally dropping the ball on these loans, so I would prefer to deal with someone local, if possible.
