I think you will be able to track your results better if you just concentrate on 1 area that you know what the traffic flow is like.If you need a visual tool Traffic.com can help with your planning.Assuming you are wholesaling (I hate to assume), do you have a dialogue to say to sellers if and when you get a phone call from one of your signs?

. - It does indeed help, I don't think I'll be looking into the Seattle core markets any time soon, my concentration will lie more towards the south iniitally, in the Kent, Renton, Des Moines, and Burien areas.
