If you have a back-up offer from a third party where you will be making a profit ie; "A Flip" you better re-structure your transaction accordingly.The key to the above statement are the words "Not been disclosed to and approved by the lender and appear on the HUD-1".There is no way around this if you intend on flipping it you must comply with the exact spirit and language of the ALA.

And I don't understand why she wants to live there if she thinks I'm such a bad landlord.My lease doesn't say anything about notice just that I may enter the premises during reasonable hours for the following purposes: to inspect to see if the tenant is complying with this agreement, to make repairs, and to exhibit the unit to prospective purchasers, mortagees and tenants.
