My ultimate goal is to have 5-7 properties in the next 10 years to “retire” from my 9-5 and manage my properties / have a food truck

Don’t get me wrong, the rents are food, and my tenants take good care of the homes, but they have zero motivation to be accommodating. 

I entertain the idea of going to the beach and then eat some awesome food around Sawtelle.2.

The cost of food is also rising twice as fast as it was before the pandemic.

A little about me...I have lived in the Charleston area for about 5 years, and have been working in the food and bev industry ever since (currently as a manager). 

My tenants get a weekly per diem, which they use for rent, food and women. 

Otherwise I wouldn't want my food to have much contact with those.

I'm homeless (staying with relatives, & on food stamps).

We've helped clear out the bad tenants that didn't pay him rent because he was too coward to ask them to leave, we bought him food, he was scared for his life and even asked if I would stay over, gave me a set of keys.

They were 4 months behind in rent and the apartment is a mess with trash, old food and body fluids.
