With little $ you can get a website going (to sell what you buy), find motivated sellers, and start flipping property.

Just not enough motivation from this batch.

I have seen FHA deals in under 30 with experienced lenders, agents, and a motivated buyer.    

It dropped 10k and the sellers are motivated.

I try to secure motivated sellers who own properties free and clear, and my exit strategy is Assignment of Contract.

Its not much for either of us, but I'm wondering if doing that allows me to see what kind of people these are- whether they're flexible and motivated, or if they get angry/annoyed. 

Motivation to sell is already there because it has been for sale for so long. 

One of the reasons I was motivated to move back to Ohio from across the country (~3 years ago) was due to where I perceived the mid-west relative to other areas that were a few years further along in the housing recovery.  

You're the 'motivated seller' they are all looking for. 

Not trying to be negative or condescending, just curious on the motives and whether or not these analyses they advertise are even close to factual.
