In hopes of financial freedom and a self controlled lifestyle I have decided to focus on REI as my main business venture.

Cole/Clayton, Globeville, Villa Park, Barnum, etc are not places that offer the same walkability and lifestyle options that you listed as important.The price of property in those neighborhoods reflects what I stated.

The lifestyle, language, food, culture, sights, smells were all different.

This is why I'm completely trying to change my lifestyle with this business!

Remember these tenants live a very different lifestyle than you.

Many inspiration gurus and success authors like to talk about "lifestyle design" these days.

You don't get to live a flashy lifestyle while piling up mountains of cash, those two things are contradictory. 

I am all for building a lasting relationship on here and hopefully one day we can work together to help us live a more "comfortable" lifestyle.
