interesting claims; i wonder if by now these accusations have turned yet into a class action or some lawsuits?

The inquiry will be something some have to report forever more on job applications.Just know that false accusations, or vengeful acts/reports can come back to hurt you via libel and slander (especially when talking about lawyers and other high income people subject to public scrutiny).  

Whatever you do, don't find yourself in trouble with accusations of brokering without a license.

I joined bigger pockets to gather as much info as possible before I start to invest.I graduated from UIC( University of Illinois at Chicago) about a year ago wit bachelors in finance.

I just witnessed someone from california come to this area and struggle to try to get her money reinvested before the clock struck 12.
