It shouldn't surprise us that nearly all of the real estate agents and brokers, who have much to gain by the 'there's never a wrong time to buy' public perception - are touting the 'there's never a wrong time to buy' line.After all, @Gadiel Del Orbe - if you want, I'm sure many would gladly represent you on the buyers' side!!!

The only thing possibly alleviating the demand is Boomers cashing out on their equity and moving to the midwest where they can buy a house cash and retire to live like a king.The new Mayor Darrel Steinberg is doing all he can to change the rest of the state's perception of Sacramento.

Where I live, there's a perception among black folks that white landlords never evict white tenants, especially around the holidays.

It was my perception that they did not like that I was asking for higher rent because they were only guaranteeing four months of the ten months I had available.

I think we can point out a "bad school" in any given neighborhood based on our perceptions.
