Hi BP,I'm a new investor and have been wondering how much others utilize FB/IG/Social Media for their real estate business?

I myself am a Realtor, wholesaler, investor, and entrepreneur.

My Grandfather was a entrepreneur with fingers in  building/developing/property management/patent trolling/window and door manufacturing...  

. 🙄 I feel they are pretty standard for the market:Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. 

I suspect RE is only behind entrepreneur as wealth generator for the billionaires but that is only speculation as I have not seen a source.

My issue is that there have been way too few successful, experienced local RE investors at both San Diego BP socials that I went to. 

I have them fill out the application, then I go home and search the local courts online, social media, Google, and do a cursory data check of the info they've filled out. 

I have already bought a LLC, started sending out yellow letters, putting out bandit signs, cold calling & social media marketing.

That's what all the much ballyhooed social changes in America in the last forty years making us a less-restrictive, more-tolerant society really add up to when it comes to building and keeping wealth -- three percent.Please humor me and think about that for a minute. 5% of US millionaire households are headed up by people who were never married or divorced.

I commend you on your focus and determination at such a young age and encourage you to continue networking and learning via social media as well as here on Bigger Pockets.
