Buying on Lease Options and either assigning or sandwiching is legal in SC, but I would be licensed.Buying on Sub2 ypu need to have a strategy if the loan is called due: pay off the loan or refinance.

IMHO - Seller financing, Subject to, Sandwich lease options are all no/low capital transactions although seller finance and subject-to transactions involve closing costs.

I thought of doing a sandwich lease option where basically I lease option a property from the seller and then I list it on the mls to an end buyer who is willing to pay more.

Hell, the government is even responding and pouring billions and billions into infrastructure projects like light rails and new parks.This particular property is sandwiched between two excellent parks, is just a few blocks from one of the largest and best maintained highways in the country, and is less than 5 miles from the heart of one of the fastest growing cities in the country.
