Hello Everyone, I'm trying to get started in RE investing to gain the freedom to make more deals in the future and help others gain the same freedom. 

I'm looking at buy and hold for long term financial freedom.  

The idea of 5 bucks here and 10 bucks there and inching their way to financial freedom the way many of our parents and grandparents strived to do it is too much to undertake, so it leaves them on the sidelines. 

I am looking for a job that requires less hours and energy so I can spend more time analyzing and pursuing deals until eventually I reach financial freedom (let's call it passive 10k a month) and can quit my day job to further expand my real estate business.

I understand the basics of it but I actually want to get started and pursue my dream of financial freedom.

I would have the freedom to walk away with ease from situations I didn't like.In my case, I was told to buy the most house I could afford because it would always go up in price and by paying down the mortgage, my net worth would always be increasing.
