With Biggerpockets I get to learn a lot and I feel like I'm retaining because a lot of information IS repeated and it's not all hitting me at once but in spurts (very concentrated spurts but still).

For now I am concentrating on fixing up major items I see that will need addressed in the next few years. 

Now- I am concentrating on fix and flips as a third element of my business.

Concentrate on tired landlords.

Absolutely agree that the entire Forsyth County is an excellent place to buy and hold. 95% of my personal investments, including my primary are concentrated in this county.

Would you pursued a B.S in Business Administration(B.S.B.A) with concentration in Real Estate Investment Management while at the same time working part-times as a Real Estate agent or would you pursue a different major?

I have a mix of 15 and 30 year mortgages. my thought was to concentrate my fire on 5 mortgages for properties I know I want to keep, and maximize cash flow on the others - sort of like a debt snowball.

I do want to concentrate on a solid buy and hold strategy which will eventually lead to commercial purchases.
