Hello @Karen Rodriguez   I do not have a spreadsheet to display my goals but I write my annual short terms goals in my cell phone note pad app.

There is a thin line between confidence and cockiness, and I admit that I like to hug the border of this imaginary line.

The full height colored/glass back splashes look busy to me, and the thin border gives a pop of color without overwhelming things.

Have you looked a bit outside the borders such as the Irving park areas?

While certainly not enough info to draw any hard conclusions, see the red flag for what is is worth at this point.If they don't answer or respond to their cell phones, meet agreed upon schedule for assuming utilities, signing the lease and moving in, are they displaying the characteristics of tenant you would really want?
