Labeled "Generation X" this now aging generation was once the punching bag with movies like "Reality Bites" painting a horrible future.Here we are in almost 2020 and now "Millenials" are the generation that everyone likes to pick on.

You could also think that fantastic 4 was a good movie.

Be sure to calculate all the costs that will go with it after it is up.A game room or movie theater is a low maintenance upkeep compared to the pool.

We have a custom fire pit grilling area that is a big hit.Not sure how much the game room and movies room is used but these are certainly big pluses that are used by some of the people.We have a large partially covered front deck where the hot tub is that looks over multiple mountain peaks with plenty of seating.Know what your water situation is.

At least one I was interested in had a beautiful front, but when driving through the alley backside was just sticks....like a movie set.   

I have seen success with making the properties as unique (murals/theming) as possible and providing quality amenities (custom movie theatre & game room).
