I personally prefer not to take on these unflattering projects as I think they "dumb down" my skilled tradesmen & women.

My dad, aunts, and others worked mostly at the BF Goodrich factory there and my aunt became vice-president of the Union Market National Bank way before women generally held such positions.

I planned to chase beautiful women around Europe.

[b]Hi guys,I have someone who is trying to sue me in regards to a slip and fall incident who claim they fell on my steps going to basement.I do NOT think this person has a leg to stand on as this person is a liar, a drunk and many other things. there is NO negligance on my part and I have a pregenant woman and a 68 year old women going up and down the same stairs daily.However with that being said, I am reluctant to go to my Homeowners insurance policy with this issue for fear of them raising my rates or possibily dropping me.

I too plan to check out the Studio City Invest Club for Women, along with the FIBI's.

They were about 50 back then, and at least two of them were probably married (women whose last name is different from their father's name).

I am a member of Invest Club for Women (Men welcome too obviously) and they have two chapters, one local to me now in Studio City, CA (The valley) and one Irvine (OC).What i like is that in most meetings, there is a local RE investor speaking about their particular strategy rather than some guru coming in to upsell you.I also enjoy the networking - they get very interactive with this every meeting and I like the people that attend.The only thing I dislike is that the bar across the aparking lot (at the hotel) closes early often and thus, we have to drive like 1-2 miles down Ventura Boulevard to get drinks after.

I recently had a woman (over the years, I've had appraisals done by women 2 times, got slaughtered 2 times - just sayin) appraise 3 rental properties with the ultimate goal of refinancing.

Investclub for women (men can attend too) I hear is also pretty good.

Another area I am looking forward to moving forward with is starting a Mastermind Group for Women in Real Estate.
