You normally need 3 characteristics for there to be a successful partnership - Experience, Money, Time.Do either of you have experience investing in real estate?

This can take patience, while SLLC have been around for awhile they are still not a "normal" transaction for bank staff. 

It lasts for 3 months MAX (USUALLY only 1 ) and then changes to a " normal " policy  

Also, Rivian is a new electric car manufacturer that is setting up in the old Mitsubishi factory in Normal.

I asked my roof contractor to remove the skylight and replace it with a normal roof as well (which he did a few days back).My tenant is saying to the PM that he is getting medical testing done now due to mold related health issues.

If I know absolutely nothing about cars and I take my car into a mechanic for an air filter change, if they tell me it will take 10 days to fix and bill me $1,000 for labor...that is fraud?

Is this normal for this amount of money or do I just need to walk away and look elsewhere?

Although dumpster use, animal destruction and random cars is a reason and we also put it in the lease that there are cameras.

Normal landlord insurance will not cover wind/hail  events in the the texas gulf coast counties.
