I have run my own gym, providing luxurious services for my customers, and for me, it was obviously better to have 10-20 HIGH PAYING clients rather than 100 lower paying. 

None of the gyms are any good anyway, and in my opinion most folks pack enough for a week-long vacation to not have to worry about doing laundry.  

Especially when there are so many of them in the area ... and they're building more ... one that will have an even better pool and gym. 

I've heard cheap 24/7 gym memberships are the way to go in the meantime if you need shower access right now so you could focus on renting the main house first to get your income up. 

The Check-In packages often contain vital information such as access code information (i.e. new key codes for each guest), URLs, contact numbers, internet access, local amenities, key-cards to facilities (gym and/or pool), local attractions (shopping, restaurants and entertainment), and instructions.

Large complexes can come with pools and gyms which can sometimes skew my data. 

It has the normal benefits of technology and automation for guest relations and communication with added benefits of on site staff, commercial zoning (no neighborhood issues), close proximity to shopping/retail/job centers, and gym, pool, and outdoor courtyard on site.

Additionally, deployment will allow you to save up money (go to the gym, eat at the dfac, don't waste on stupid **** you don't need) and be financially better prepared to pull the trigger when you get back.  

Areas around Perry South seem fairly near a university, and also have a couple of gyms and independent coffee shops in the area.
