We have seen 10% increase in rents and 10% increase in property values over the past 2-3 yrs but wages certainly haven't risen at the same relative pace.

At the current pace they are selling properties it's going to take years to clear out all the malinvestment.

You have just experienced 3 years of relatively horrible economic times in this country and you are still on pace for a nice retirement.

Can you function well under pressure and in a fast paced environment?

This always inspires me to do something and work out, LOL, my problem is my brain doesn't know I'm older and I have a set pace running or riding.

I work a full time job as an Engineer so I would prefer something that I can do online at my own pace and schedule.  

If i were able to sustain this pace I would average 1 property add per month and double what i set as a target. crazy. thanks for reading.
