Kind of where law and morals clash.  

@Hadi Hidou Experian the credit score company offers their service of Credit Boost which allows for things like your electric bill and your cell phone bill and some other things you pay monthly to count toward your credit score to raise it assuming you pay these on time and can quickly boost your credit score between 10-50 points so the advertising claims.

If you have Johnny Jr nagging mom to go to the Tekken laundromat, then you can boost both the per-visit and the total number of visits numbers.

If parents have income, credit in the US, and bank assets they can help your application "boost up" How is your credit?

I read mine every morning to give myself a boost in the morning.

Before the moral revolutions of the late 1800's/early 1900's, virtually every city had a "red-light district" where all the undesirable stuff went - gambling, prostitution, homelessness, etc.

Moral of the story, many won’t need a license but it works well for those plan to use it more often than not.
