The biggest hurdle I see with arbitrage is developing a pitch to use when approaching landlords, which you can probably do with a little research on BP and ChatGPT.

I know nothing about which state is best to invest in, and obviously I would be using a property manager.

Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..).

You'd want to work with the REIT sponsor and your CPA to understand the expected timeline for this a bit more.  

hi 3 years a ago i purchased a 15 acre mixed use property in disrepaire.it consists of 55 mobile home/RV lots3 duplexes a  3 bedroom housea  2 bedroom housea storea shopa lundery matwhen i bought the property in was really really poor shape.   

SEO is a commitment did your not dedicated to that type of marketing use a basic website.
