Not to mention I enjoy the "Tenant from Hell" Youtube episode.I think Holton-Wise could make a Netflix movie with the Title "Tenant from Hell".

You could possibly do well in the Firewheel area of Garland which is close the a large outdoor shopping mall/movie theatre/bars but other than that it just doesn't appreciate well enough for me to invest in.

I'm certainly not condoning the characters role in the movie, with making a living without integrity, because that was robbing from people.  

There are several student housing complexes that offer low rents, movie theater, pool, BBQ area, and more, but they also have terrible management, and parties constantly. 

Usually $50 in the form of movie ticket vouches and restaurant giftcards as a thank you for maintaining the unit and paying on time.

Its the reason that "Its A Wonderful Life" has always been my favorite movie.

Buy a bulk lot of movies from eBay and stick them in the property. 

We're talking stepping into another world, right out of a movie scene, can't believe this is an actual bedroom themed out.

If  you provide Netflix in your short term rental vacation home  that stays logged into your account, what happens if the renter purchases a movie that is not free?
