Not making anymore of it and the lower quality portions are slowing or moderately eroding away..Farm Credit will finance with 30% down for 15 years at around 5% in Iowa..Tillable with excellent soils is bringing $5k/ acre southern IA, to $11k/ acre for some of best soils in America in northern IA..Rent for pasture is much less here..
