Small incremental steps at a time.

It is growing in popularity because of proximity to Charlotte (about 45 min drive) and Lake Norman but still has a small town feel.

Its very very hard to build a small cabin on those lots because the rents for one and two bedrooms won't justify the price you have to pay for those lots.

Owner-occupying a small multi-family property is a smart move—you're reducing your own housing costs while building equity and generating rental income.

My sample size is small but I have not needed to show the apartment to book it yet.
