Are you doing real estate for the money or for the thrill of the chase?

I am thrilled to start this voyage, and even more excited to have a whole community of people behind me for the process!

For $7500 used price or so it is a gamble as to whether this will go over and catch on here.Much less risk than buying and trying to resell new stuff if it fails.

Every buyer I worked with, I was thrilled to be able to find them their first home, a house for their family, a retirement property, and every seller to be able to accomplish their goal, etc.

If you want to gamble, go to Vegas, at least you'll have fun!

I wonder if you're agreement is binding in any way, being that you've taken all of the monies up front and would've had the lease signed if not for your own situation.While not thrilled about the situation, I would go with it.

They are thrilled to find ANY fully furnished apartment with a lease that coincides with their needs, especially if it is at all conveniently located to where they will be doing their work.

Therefore, your risk is higher and cash flow is a gamble.
