So my question is, taking the ethical stance out of the equation, and the social ramification argument, what have you all seen as to the impact that this industry has had on the real estate market in the areas that have adopted some legal form of marijuana.

My investment real estate agent recommended a mortgage broker that is located in a different city than the one I currently live / invest in.My question is that I have not met this mortgage broker and that he requested a lot of information ( Social Insurance number, wages, income, saving and so on...). 

Network with a few wholesalers from here other cash buyers etc and join local real estate networks in your city, social media and build relations.

My family and friends tag me in social media post quite frequently when they noticed people ask for realtors and I always reach out.

Simply mentioning a lot of people wanting to invest in real estate is mostly anecdotal and shouldn’t be considered evidence as to market timing.Now if you can point me to quantifiable data such as social media mention about real estate investing over time, then that’s different.

Don't be afraid about going to REIAs because you are not a social person.
