Sounds like a scam artist feeding on the talents of you and your family.

It's also likely that I'll tell every other landlord in town about her scam!

I don't know whether they actually don't know anything about real estate or they're just scamming the newbies.

It's a big joke -- or should I say SCAM.

*Too small of a target market in my area*Not enough people facing foreclosure have 30% equity or more*People will think it's a scam (I was just on the HUD website tonight where they describe a similar arrangement as a scam)*Takes too long to flip the property*Property needs more work than I thought*I can't handle the carrying costs*I can't find anyone to rent it*I can't find financing/get lender to let me assume mortgageThose are just off the top of my head.

Did a yahoo search for "real estate arena scam" to see if there was any dirt on the company and it led me to a thread on this board.From there I couldn't stop reading all the insight and wonderful tools this community has.A little background of myself.

This is exactly how scam artists screw people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I flat out refused paying several thousands dollars "boot camps" because I believe many of them are just scams.
