I had one yesterday in Maryland where agents were allowed to go.....I had one last week in MD where the closing took place outdoors.And every closing has been a split closing, with buyers and sellers signing at different days/times. our title companies have converted their conference rooms they have big glass walls up like you see at super markets. big box of pens so you use a brand new on every signing.. of course your hand sanitizer  Mask and some wear gloves as well.Oregon has had on of the lowest covid infection rates.

Laminate countertop is also in good shape for the age with no peeling-could be painted.
