,I'd like to start off by saying I am very impressed at the varying levels of expertise represented on this site and that I only wished I would have learned of all of these opportunities earlier.A little background on myself, I 32 years old, a Texas Native (Houston Area) and for most of my adult life I have been employed (comfortably) in the oil and gas industry.

City water and sewage, which I pay for both units, seperate gas and electric.

Shopping, movie theatres, new gas stations. 

Cell phone, car insurance, and maybe a budget for gas and food.

They all have there own meters gas and electric.

His landlord charges back the utilities, and his complaint deals mainly with cooking gas.

Hooked up the gas line and wired it.

pretty sure that would be a write off.. either mileage or gas and insurance and car..

The one exception I'll make is I do have AC service plans through my Gas/electric company (BGE in MD) that has no deductible and they have their own techs to dispatch so service is prompt and competent.

A small time landlord that my dad knew had 2 gas meters, one that was the one from the gas company and one that he lifted from a work site where the building had been demolished.
