That is good business and I love that they are 100% devoted to landlords and tenants.

If you go on Reddit there is an entire forum devoted to credit card rewards with good info, Churning is the name of the subreddit.

So thank you sir, every property we have sells to someone who actually runs numbers but the slavish devotion to certain buzz phrases kills my patience. 

With little time and lack of interest in rehab, Bob may want to invest with others who have full time staff devoted to these activities (i.e. syndications).

I think it depends where the property is located, and as Brie points out, how much of your time you wish to devote to this. 

I work about 60 hours a week at my 9-5, and devote the rest of my time to RE.... so technically, we're not losing ground by taking a breather ;)   In fact, I'll make the same offer to anyone here in the Phoenix area, newbie or not!
