@Gino Barbaro, this is a hard one because there are so many details to hit on.I guess at a high level, I prioritize them a bit differently.  

This is an important enough detail that is quite impactful if missed.

Request a detailed list of documents and information from the seller, including financials, leases, contracts, capital expenditures, surveys, environmental reports, open permits, and the Certificate of Operations.2.Physical Property Due Diligence.

If I am spending 75k or greater on renovations I want to make sure that I have plans and specifications detailing the quality of the materials and the fixtures.

This might sound silly, but have your most honest friend come over and do a walk through with you and point out every tiny cosmetic detail that should be fixed.
