My concern is that since it is a rural village, how likely will it be that I can keep four units fully occupied?  

The last 2 properties I bought were in Dolton and University Park and being from Michigan, for buying a property, the experience of dealing with the village was very new to me.

I was told Ukrainian Village is super hot while Pilsen and Rogers Park are good areas also.  

I'd look in areas such as The Village, Midwest city,  and Del City near Tinker Air Force base, and some areas near downtown.

It's in a small village called Dutch Town.

I'm in the process of buying my first duplex in the German Village/Merion Village area (2 blocks south of Schiller) and am looking for any trade secrets people are willing to share, insight, ideas & referrals.

I would recommend looking at West Pilsen or Little Village as well as some of the near south side areas like Bridgeport or Bronzeville. 

Therefor, I'm also looking in Pilsen, University Village, Little Italy, and Little Village.
