I apologize for the poor editing...a couple sentences are missing phrases like "yard would look good", "pressure wash concrete", "architecturally balanced appearance meaning its not hideous looking", and maybe a sentence like, "How hard is it to solder a couple copper pipes in the basement to replace ones stolen...no it isn't Detroit, Josh but it you can see it from here (just kidding)".

Anytime there are two sentences used to describe an "investment", and the key word in each are "break even" in one and "hope" in the other, that's not investing...that's speculating.

Most often yes, they DO have a sober living component because that is key to having residents as a half-way home as most of the inmates coming out have a drug component to their sentence or background.
