It sounds like a good deal ,but I dont know if this is a scam I have tried to look up info on them and can not find any Has anybody heard of them or knows how to check them out .My plains were to buy a house with the lines of credit and then refinance to pay of credit card and then do this over and over Is this a viable plain or not thank you for any input Bob Murphy

So she can learn how to tell how people scam other people in real life.

Since PayPal is a legitimate e-currency I felt a little more comfortable about his mentorship program.What other steps should I make to ensure that I am not being scammed and so I am covered on my end?

I've had a tough time finder other lenders who are local--most appear to be local at first glance but then turn out to be more of a scam type site --pay to apply, no guarantees of approval, etc.

You would have to catch them actually getting someone caught up in their scam.

I also think there is a lot less scamming since a licensed contractor wants to keep their license, not saying some don't try to pull little rip off gigs with granny, but not as bad as the wild west.  

If I fall for a scam online, shame on me, but if you look me in the eye and purposefully mislead me, shame on you, is my kind of philosophy.

Some things make no sense, but I don't know if it's a total scam yet.
