Since this is an 18 year old home, I would prefer to get all the baseboards done.v) Laminate from the kitchen counter tops is peeling and can either be changed for new laminate or completely replaced with granite, tile or other material.vi) The home has not been updated (besides the common bathroom) and I can update it to the extent that my budget allows or to my liking. Also note, the A/C unit and the roofing (not only shingles, but the whole roof) was installed new in 2004.The owner thinks that I can get this completed within a budget of $30k.

Scenario: Asking Price $159990 for a property by seller, I'm prospective buyerThe Nightmare: Modular home built in 2003, currently owned by rental company renting for 50% the going rate of the area, property next door looks like it came out of the Swamp (peeling paint on wood siding, plastic sheeting floating in the wind over the windows, 5 lawn mowers that may or may not work at the side of the house, you get the picture), backyard faces a truck depot with a bunch of repairs behind a chain linked fence.

In my opinion, It allows the governor (for example) to order someone hoarding medical supplies to turn them over, something the federal government can do anyway, and unless you have 2 million masks, it probably won't happen. It gives the governor the ability to direct resources to needing communities without a state congress vote during the emergency, letting us move vaccines to counties that are having high infection rates. And, it limits the powers given to "within the scope of emergency management" meaning the powers can ONLY apply to the emergency that has been declared.Just my 2 cents on that proposed bill.
