Same with when I occasionally get gas in my vehicle using my company debit card... or occasionally run by staples or buy something off Amazon for my home office. 

Has anyone had the gas and eletric turned off 24 hours before a new tenant moved in to keep them from "forgetting" to switch it over into their name?

There is about $3000 in expenses per year (maintenance = $217, pest $450, gas $185, water $1270, and garbage = $1700). 

I'll be paying for water and gas radiator heat.

Hi all, I am doing a renno on one of my apartments and gas pipe is on the way of the wall that I taken down.

Furnace goes bad, you switch it out, chimney goes bad, easy to line it, the brick's modern and hard and so is the mortar, gas lines are minimal and limited to basement and kitchen above at worst, and all the interiors are finished using materials and measurements easily compatible with more modern housing.

The heating is gas heat, and the rents are sub market at about $650 for each of the units. 

I'm talking about business cards, MLS dues, clothes, Gas, car wear and tear, supra key dues.
