While this is an unprecedented event in modern history, what lessons do we have from 2008 and previous recessions/depressions that are relevant in the next year or so?

The new improved features I love about the streamlined version are ~~ It was modern and fun to fill out.

Im in it to make a difference, not only for my family, but for those that need shelter, the community, and the society as a whole. 

Big lesson learned for me on that project.Another example is a historical society.

Covidophrenia is not compatible with a free and democratic society anywhere.

The flu is ‘old’ news and society is desensitized to it.

That home is now my first rental which is cash flowing close to $300 a month which was handed to my tenant as a modern turn key home when we bought our new home. 

We gutted the kitchens/bathroom and installed new faucets, bathtubs, cabinets, etc to create a fresh, modern look.

That might be fine, but they might be forced out of business if there is a claim, and then you’d have no sponsor there at all to manage your investment.Part of the issue here is we are in a litigious society, and the bigger you get the more you are a target for frivolous lawsuits.  

My goal is to BRRRR at least two properties by the end of this year.As COVID-19 has thrown society into a bit of a social crisis, I'm remaining optimistic while researching and investing in my knowledge as much as possible.
