Looking to better understand if there is something specific that you post the most emphasis on?

So again, I wouldn't put much emphasis on it since the government will be paying the bill anyway.

BP needs to put a bigger emphasis on newbies searching old threads prior to posting their questions.

This might be because of the emphasis on "taking action", and taking a cashflowing action in Palo Alto is no where as doable as taking action in Toledo, OH.  

Your emphasis on the importance of thoroughly probing to ensure the PMC being interviewed has a true understanding of their operations is well taken.Creating an alignment of expectations requires recognizing that property management is generally a low-margin business.

Bearing in mind that investment into a large corporation places no emphasis on you to work on the investment compared to property investing.
